Content creation - We can write blog posts including finding images, or website text, photography to keep your site up to date and relevant.
Content updating - You send us through the content you'd like added to your website. This could be blog articles, alterations to existing text or images, new pages, or anything else you'd like added.

We have a couple of different plans, with add ons available. See the pricing section.
What's covered in a care plan?
Included, is monthly updates and reviews to:
- Website software updates (plugins, themes, content management system)

What can I use my support time for?
Most of our clients have us change information, or add new content to the site to keep it relevant. You can use your support time for:
- Updating website content; updating text and images
- Adding new pages, posts/blogs, services, products
- Modifying website design elements
- Reviewing website performance
- Adding newsletters to the website
- Reviewing analytics; number of visitors, keywords used to find site, traffic sources, bounce rates etc

What's not included in a care plan?
We don't include website hosting, website design or website development as part of our website care plans.

We're able to provide website care plans for Wordpress and Joomla.
How do I sign up?

What if my website hasn't been updated in a long time?
We need to have a look around your site, before we get started. If the site is far out of date, then we'll need to quote separately to audit and bring it up to date.
Where your website is older and hasn't been maintained, we offer a website check up for $330 where we provide a report about the status of your content management system (Wordpress), your plugins, and themes.
Often with sites that have been neglected and built by other website developers, there is software that needs paid plans to update, or old plugins that are no longer being supported.
The check up gives us the opportunity to determine what needs to happen with your website to bring it up to date.
How do I terminate a care plan?
If you need to cancel your website maintenance plan for any reason, please contact us at least 14 days before the end of the month and we'll be happy to assist you.

Our basic plans are lean, we're not able to reduce the level of service below what's available currently.

How do I know how well my website is doing?
We set all sites up with Google Analytics and Google Search console. We set these up in our account, or yours, and provide you access, to enable you to review the details about what actions visitors are taking on your website. Google analytics can be configured to email you reports.
How do I pay the recurring fee?
We put you on a direct debit plan through our provider Ezidebit. This will come out of either your bank account or credit card - on a monthly basis. Note there are additional fees for credit card payments. If required, we can email you an invoice each month.
